2005 Spring Cleanup
Monday customers 4/11, Tuesday customers 4/19, Wednesday customers 4/13, Thursday customers 4/21, and Friday customers 4/15.
Large items include furniture, televisions, white goods, mattress sets, large carpets (cut into manageable bundles no longer than 4ft. long) and other debris from the home. All items must be placed at the curb. This will not include yard waste, building materials, automobile parts (including tires), or flammable cylinders. For further information contact Midland Waste at 656-6883.

Saturday, April 2 & 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Yard waste dumpsters will be located at the Street Garage on South Morrison. Restrictions are as follows:

International Horseradish Festival
June 11 & 12, 2005 at Woodland Park. The Festival celebrates Collinsville's distinction as the "Horseradish Capital of the World". Accounting for two-thirds of the U.S. horseradish crop, Collinsville ranks as the world's most concentrated area of horseradish production. The festival includes food, entertainment, family fun, and horseradish games. For information call 346-5210.
